IT security solutions are often viewed from a purely technical perspective. The user is still regarded as the »weakest link«. Social engineering is only one problem.

IT security solutions that are developed without user involvement often exhibit poor usability, which in turn can lead to critical security gaps. We are working on how IT security solutions can be designed in a user-friendly way in order to increase security and user acceptance.

Based on a comprehensive analysis of user requirements and current status, we develop an initial concept that includes your end users and the use of established usability and user experience methods.

This concept can be converted into prototypes and then evaluated. We offer you your desired level of detail from paper mock-ups to a high-fidelity prototype. Each variant of the concept implemented in a prototype can be evaluated and further developed with the end users in a usability test.

In this way, we iteratively achieve the best possible result for your IT security solution.
